HAVE YOUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY AND PRINCIPLES CHANGED SINCE YOUR EARLY DAYS? When I was younger I always used to just train heavy. Now I concentrate more on repetitions and technique. I find I get a much better feel this way. WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TRAINING ROUTINE? I train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at present and train an extra day pre-contest. I do three sets on each muscle group. The first two sets are always the heaviest and on the last I go for reps. WHAT ARE YOUR MOST AND LEAST FAVOURITE AREAS TO TRAIN? Arms and chest are my favourite body parts to train, and my least favourite is shoulders.
